As Founder of Maternity and Gynecology Clinic since 2012 Monica Aguirre honors our patients by offering them her time, attention, and love. In the course of 18 years of experience she has assisted in the care for Women with a variety of issues and complications.
In the year 2000 she began at Gwinnett Medical Center caring for the newborns and the Mother immediately after Birth. After two years Monica realized that for her it was more important to participate in a Mother’s prenatal care than the actual delivery itself. Something that really impacted Monica in the two years she was at Gwinnett Medical Center was witnessing the need within the Hispanic community since during that time Hispanic patients didn’t really get to enjoy the commodities of translators or Hispanic clinics like we see today. This touched Monica whom decided to make it her objective to help the Hispanic community.
Monica has helped establish three different clinics within the community of Roswell, Cumming, and Norcross. This has given her the experience and the capacity needed to train a staff that will succeed in a fast paced environment with a high volume of patients. Over the years Monica has dedicated herself to finding and training the perfect team including medical providers best equipped for our patients. This is how she has achieved forming strong bonds between her, her staff, and the patients providing them with a service that exceeds expectations. This service has been acknowledged by our patients in whom we’ve inspired trustworthiness and a sincere loyalty. Monica continues being motivated and inspired by realizing how much the patients admire our great services that by their own choice choose to drive long distances just to continue their obstetric or gynecological care at Maternity and Gynecology Clinic.
To promote our obstetric and gynecological services Monica uses the experience in Marketing that she has developed throughout the years, which she shares with her entire staff.
The Hispanic Community has always been her priority. Beginning as a translator is how the movement began because more than a clinic or a business our service is so much more personal. Even thru students who wish to complete their clinical hours she teaches them the same way she was taught by her mentor Dr. Hughan Frederick and just like that Monica has helped train future medical assistants and medical providers with special techniques that always keep the patient as priority.
When Monica is not completely devoted to Maternity and Gynecology Clinic she spends the rest of her time with family and friends traveling and enjoying her life.
